"My Pet" Scotties Finial Powder Jar

"My Pet" has a finial with a central begging Scotty supported by a seated pup on each side. The base is encircled by a series of intricately embossed eight-sided stars, which are separated by vertical ribbing toward the bottom and a fine line asterisk-like shape at the top. The jar is 4.5" in diameter and measures 5" high. Known colors include transparent versions in pink, green, cobalt and crystal. An elusive green satin version of this jar is pictured here and some crystal jars have been found with flashed-on colors. The same base is also used with a lid which has a simple knob finial.
