Cinderella's Coach Large Size

The large-size coach pictured here has been named "Cinderella's Coach." This coach has essentially a 6.5" long by 2.75" wide. It is 5.75" high. The rectangular body narrows at the front end where there is a small protrusion that serves as a foot rest. The underside of the base is marked with the numbers "452." The coach was made by the L.E. Smith Glass Company from the 1930's into the 1970's. During the 1930's, the coach was produced in green satin and pink satin with black lids. Later, during the early 1950's, the coach was reissued in white milk glass, and department store customers in the mid-1970's were treated with its reappearance in crystal. The cost of the new crystal coach in 1976 was about $7.00.
