The French puff box pictured here has three embossed dragonflies on the lid. The box is 5" in diameter and has a plain bottom with the mark "Made in France" embossed on the underside. It is a semi opaque translucent clear color that many collectors refer to as "clambroth." Some companies from this time period referred to this color as "Moonstone."
