The name "Antoinette,"has been given to this vanity box. The finial is comprised of a Colonial lady figure. She is wearing a hoop skirt gown that is completed by the base of the jar. Her hair is swept up and is accented with a band around her head and by the addition of a flower above one ear. Her left arm is upraised at the elbow to cradle a long floral garland. Colors that have been found include a frosted crystal top with an amber transparent base, green transparent base, pink transparent base, or blue transparent base. The powder jar is 4" in diameter and 4" high. These jars are usually found as part of a vanity set that includes two matching cologne bottles. The cologne bottles have a corked encased stopper.
