Volupte' Superior Products Corporation
Volupte is an early cosmetics company (that started out in America from what we can figure). The primary focus was vanity items. They are known for their early compacts, purses, and perfume items. This company, like DeVilbiss, bought glass bodies for perfume atomizers from various glass companies. They decorated these bottles and added both perfume bottle and atomizer hardware to them and then sold them under the Volupte name. Volupte did not make quite as many atomizers as DeVilbiss, but they did have quite a few in their product catalogs. These bottles are certainly a perfume collectbile in their own right. Many of their bottles are very DECO and well made. This company was a major competitor of The DeVilbiss Manufactoring Company of Toledo, Ohio. The Volupte hardware for these bottles is distinctive and can be attributed only to Volupte.

There is a Volupte perfume company still in existance today, but we cannot link it to the early American Volupte Company.
